Welcome to the communities of Esupetai, Iltumaro, and Nkorkindiga Primary Schools in the heart of the proud Maasai Mara. A beautiful place with beautiful people where life and traditions are both unimaginable and cherished. The families that make up this community are some of the most resilient and humble people on the planet but they need our help dealing with basic issues of hunger and education which are compounded by the same challenges of 21st century that we all face.
Please help us accomplish our goals at these schools by donating to our projects. We recognize the many options you have to do good in this world with your time, treasure, and talent and sincerely hope you find ours particularly interesting.

''Mother of many children''
In 2021, while on a visit to the Masai Mara in Southern Kenya, founder Julie Tochterman learned that at two schools she visited that the children would go home at lunch time for food and up to 86% would not return to school until the next day. Making matters worse is that most of the children went hungry and therefore did not have the energy to return to school. Julie determined at that moment something needed to be done to keep the kids at school; the immediate solution was to provide food at the school. Preparations and provisions were made and the Mama Watoto Feeding program launched in April of 2022. ‘Mama Watoto’ is the Kiswahili name given to Julie by the Masai community meaning “mother of many children”.
